Employee Family Assistance Program
St. Joseph's Hospital provides all employees with a comprehensive Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP) that is free of charge.
The EFAP provides confidential, professional assistance through counselling, to all employees, spouses and dependents to help them resolve personal difficulties which may negatively affect employee's job performance or personal well-being. It allows employees and families to seek help on their own.
